As everyone knows, the charity is run entirely by volunteers, and all of our donations go towards buying B12 to fulfil the requests coming in. Which means we have to run a pretty slick operation, because volunteers have busy lives and have to fit in working for the charity around paid work.
So, if you give me your symptoms in the NOTES area of a request, it helps me to prioritise (we never have enough to meet all of the requests so we have to prioritise) but Dr Chandy won't see it and won't be able to advise. If you want Dr Chandy to see your request, then please put it in an email to email@example.com - you can always put it in both places.
If you put your request in an email, then it creates a lot of work and will cause a delay. Please put requests in the REQUESTS place and enquiries in the ENQUIRIES email.
Note that when I'm prioritising who gets what, I always look for the people who tell me that they have spoken to Dr Chandy. That's the first priority. If you haven't, then you probably won't get any sent to you. I'm really sorry, but sending out injectable stuff, even something as completely safe as Vitamin B12, is serious so we need to be sure that you are right for it.
