We've asked everyone to keep your symptoms diary up to date. Here's how you do it.
The "My Health checks" area has your previous records. You add to them by using the "Run B12 Calculator" which creates a new health check. Once you have completed one, you'll see it in the "My Health Checks" area. When you do this every week (or every day, or however often) you can see a history of your symptoms and scores with dates attached, which you can then compare with your treatment days and see how far you've come.
The symptoms calculator has a flow chart on the right, which shows you where you are as you answer sections on the left. Keep going through the questions, there are 10 sections to put answers and there's room to add notes to each section. You need to answer all 10 sections in order to complete a Health Check.
Finally, you need to click the "Submit B12 Calculator" button bottom right to save your record. That will take you back to "My Health Checks" to see how you've progressed since the last time.
